$1200/10 hours
2nd week is 10% off. Days 1-5 are full price, days 6-10 are 10% off. Days 11-15 are an additional 10% off.
All-inclusive Props & Surfaces
$450/Day or $800/Week Additional Fee
Rented per day or per week. A week is anything after 1 day.

Studio is located on the first floor.
Dollies and carts provided for easy transport.

More than 10 business days in advance is 100% returned

Bookings under 3 days, cleaning fees included in rental rate.
Bookings over 3 day, an additional $250 cleaning fee will be added.

Basic grip package included with studio rental.
DTC Grip & Electric partnership: Let us know about grip or lighting needs and we will coordinate delivery and pickup.
DIT station can be rented for an additional fee upon request.
